Settling an invoice
Invoices are itemized against the work set out in your engagement letter. If anything on the invoice is unclear, call before paying it — Bob would rather explain a line item than have you wonder about it.
By phone
Call (631) 587-4949 during business hours to confirm the balance and arrange payment.
At the office
Check or payment in person at The 1801 House, Argyle Square, Babylon.
Card or online
Ask the office for a current secure payment link when you confirm the amount.
Never send card numbers, bank details, or Social Security numbers by email or through a web form. Payment details are confirmed by phone or through a secure link the office sends you directly.
