The practical side of working with Bob
No archive of stale forms or year-stamped PDFs. What follows is how documents, deadlines, engagement terms, and payment are actually handled — each item kept current rather than posted once and forgotten.
Annual tax organizer
A current-year organizer prepared for your situation rather than a generic checklist, sent when the season opens. Existing clients receive theirs automatically; new clients receive one after the first conversation.

A short conversation first, then a written summary of what Bob needs from you — prior-year returns, entity documents, and the specifics of anything unusual.
Start as a new clientSecure document delivery
Anything containing a Social Security number, bank detail, or tax notice is sent through a secure upload link Bob provides — never as an ordinary email attachment. Documents can also be dropped at the office.
Deadline reminders
Filing, estimated payment, payroll, and sales-tax dates that apply to you — with a reminder before each, not a notice after it.
Engagement letters and status updates
Scope and expectations in writing before work begins, and a clear answer whenever you ask where things stand. After filing, Bob follows up on refunds, notices, and the planning items the return surfaced.
Invoices and payment
Invoices are itemized against the work described in the engagement letter. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with the office.

Prior-year copies, a lender's request, a letter confirming your filing status — ask and Bob will get it to you.
